FRIDAY, 2nd October

• Formula 1 – Practice 1: 13:30–14:30
• Formula 1 – Practice 2: 17:00–18:00

SATURDAY, 3rd October

• Formula 1 – Practice 3: 12:30–13:30
• Formula 1 – Qualifying: 16:00–17:00

SUNDAY, 4th October

• Formula 1 – Drivers' Parade: 13:00–13:30
• Formula 1 – Grand Prix: 15:00–17:00

• Stay for 4 nights (1 October – 5 October) in chosen Hotel or similar property
• Daily buffet breakfast at hotel coffee shop
• 3 Days Main Grandstand tickets for the race
• Return airport transfers on Seat in coach shared basis
• Return circuit transfers on Seat in coach shared basis on all 3 days

OPTION 2 – TRAVEL PACKAGE WITHOUT TRANSFERS

• Stay for 3 nights (2 October – 5 October) in chosen Hotel or similar property
• Daily buffet breakfast at hotel coffee shop
• 3 Days tickets for chosen grandstand as per grid above for the race

COST EXCLUDES

• Any local tours
• Any meals apart from daily breakfast
• Any personal expenses
• GST 5% and TCS 2% (if applicable) as per rules
• Above taxes do not apply if client is a foreign National
• Any other services not mentioned in above proposal and itinerary

BOOKING TERMS

• All options here are quotation only and services offered will be strictly subject to availability and price variation at time of booking
• It is mandatory for all Indian passengers to share their latest passport and PAN card copy along with booking form
• For all bookings made there will be a GST charged @ 5% of total sale value and further a TCS @ 2% on gross value as per Indian Government laws. The TCS shall not be applicable if payments are made post deduction of TDS. If a client does not have a PAN card, the TCS value will be charged @ 20% on gross sale amount
• Payment Terms: 100% on booking through credit/ debit card/ UPI or bank transfer. Card payments will attract extra surcharges
• Cancellation policy: 100% non-refundable under any circumstances
• The rates quoted are always subject to change without prior warning, should there be any increases in any levies or taxes or exchange rate fluctuations or any other circumstances beyond our control for services featured in this quote
• All arrangements made by Sports Konnect are in the capacity of an agent only.
