• All options here are quotation only and services offered will be strictly subject to availability and price variation at time of booking
• It is mandatory for all passengers to share their latest passport and PAN card (For Indians) copy along with booking form
• For all bookings made there will be a GST charged @ 5% of total sale value and further a TCS @ 2% on gross value as per Indian Government laws. The TCS shall not be applicable if payments are made post deduction of TDS. If a client does not have a PAN card, the TCS value will be charged @ 20% on gross sale amount
• No additional taxes apply for sales to Non-Indian residents
• Sale to Melbourne residents are strictly prohibited
• Payment Terms: 100% on booking through credit/ debit card/ UPI or bank transfer. Card payments will attract extra surcharges
• Cancellation policy:
  • In case of any cancellation made by the client there will be no refunds
  • We will still try to create a provision for clients to transfer the services to anyone else from their family or network to utilize the services, if done 1st February 2027
  • If any cancellation takes place due to unavoidable circumstances like the any mishap on venue or any instance like COVID before travel or after arriving in Australia, refund policies will be as applicable by service providers, and we shall not be liable to make any refunds
• The rates quoted are always subject to change without prior warning, should there be any increases in any levies or taxes or exchange rate fluctuations or any other circumstances beyond our control for services featured in this quote
• All arrangements made by Sports Konnect are in the capacity of an agent only. We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights, weather conditions, fairs, festivals, closure of hotels, overbooking at the hotels, malfunctioning of AC in coaches, closed / restricted entry at place of sightseeing & acts or forces of nature
